Fort Collins is home to a vibrant art community! Each month, these fine and “folk” art galleries display new showings and open their doors for this self-guided walking tour in Historic Downtown. The Gallery Walk takes place the first Friday of each month, from 6pm-9pm.

Chemistry (and a little bit of love) is in the air! Join us on Saturday, February 9 for our next Discovery Distilled: Wine & Chocolate. Chat with experts from local wineries and chocolatiers while you explore the museum. From the sweet and sexy, to the refined and risqué, explore the science and fun of all things tantalizing. Wine, chocolate, romance…what more could you ask for?

Discovery Distilled is the museum’s 21+ casual, after hours series. The festivities take place from 6pm – 9pm with tasty and intriguing stations all around the museum’s gallery.

Tickets are $20/$15 for members. Bring a date for $35/$25 for members. Included with admission: One drink ticket, snacks, and unforgettable experiences!

The nation’s Sweetheart City, Loveland, Colorado just got sweeter for Valentine’s Day with the launch of the inaugural Loveland Sweetheart Festival – Love, Locks and Lights. For more than 70 years, Loveland has embraced sweethearts near and far and invites families and lovers across the world to gather in downtown Loveland to celebrate valentine season with love, lights and one of the largest Love Lock sculptures in the U.S. Join us Feb. 8-9, 2019 in downtown Loveland for free fun for the entire family. Activities (purchase of love locks, luminarias, Snowzilla slide, beer, etc) will be additional cost and some purchases will be cash only. ATM’s will be available on-site.

In Charles Schulz’s “The Peanuts,” Lucy Van Pelt once declared, “All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn’t hurt!” Lucy’s sentiment is similar to the Chocolate Therapist’s guiding principles: that chocolate is good for you when incorporated properly into your life. After all, one of the shop’s mottos reads, “When in doubt, more dark chocolate.” On this perfect Valentine’s Day tour, owner/operator Julie Nygard will show you how to properly pair dark chocolate with tea, and will share with you the benefits of dark chocolate and her story of how she became the “Chocolate Therapist.” Ages 55+.
